Return Policy~ Please call us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel any or all of your items. If you recieve product that you are unhappy with for any reason please call us within 48 hours of having recieved your package and let us know. No refund or replacement will be givin unless you contact us and let us know what the problem is and we will issue a return authorization number. If an item is misshipped or broken in transit, Sister Threads will happily pay for return shipping and replacement. If the item is what you ordered but you don't like it or want it, we will be glad to give you company credit, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.
